Of All the Fat Burning Diets, Which One Helped Me to Burn the Fat Off My Stomach and Buns?

Who wants to find Real Fat Burning Diets that actually do what they are supposed to do?  Hey, Who Doesn't?

I used a fat burning diet to lose my pregnancy fat after my second son was born.  I didn't go hungry, and it made me feel better about myself.  I was sick of subconciously sucking my stomach in when I sat down.  I know, no one else probably noticed, but it made me feel bad about my body.  It's nice not to see it hanging there over my waistband.

Just a couple things to clear up any confusion about fat burning diets:

 

  • Yes, you have to work out.  Sorry, this isn't a magic pill.  The plan I used was developed by a successful bodybuilder.   
  • No, you don't have to take supplements or drugs or anything unnatural to your body.
  • Yes, if you follow Tom's plan, this will work for you...even if you're an exercise phobe with resistant fat like me.

His plan has some decent burning fat exercises that will leave your abs begging for mercy! Hey, fat burning diets are only good if you are willing to do the work...

I was originally considering the FatLoss4Idiots plan, which supposedly does help you to lose weight quickly while eating whatever you want.  The claims are that you can lose 20 lbs. in 10 days, but the realist in me knew that that would be a temporary fix, that would probably cause me to regain my weight and then some.

In the end, I gave Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle book a try, and have been very happy with the results.  I lost 42 pounds, and have maintained my current weight for over a year now. 

I consider myself to be pretty much a couch potato (when I'm not chasing my boys around), and don't like to deprive myself of dessert.  (I love to bake.)  So I needed something that would help to counteract these two things, and help me to burn fat while at rest. 

I don't know about other fat burning diets, but this one worked for me.
